Do I need to have a visa to enter Morocco?

People that possess the US, Canadian, UK nationalities do not require a visa to enter Morocco as a tourist.

If you’re a citizen in one of the countries listed below, you do not need a visa to enter Morocco:

Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Congo, Cote d’Ivoire, Denmark, European Union, Finland, Guinea, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Korea, Kuwait, Libya, Liechtenstein, Mali, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Niger, Norway, Oman, Peru, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, and Venezuela.

Your passport must be valid for at-least six months in order to enter Morocco. Please make sure that you stamp your passport once you’re in Morocco. That will allow you to stay for up to 90 days. Entry fees are not charged.

What do i need to wear?

* You can wear clothes that are adequate to each season in Morocco.

Do i need to bring anything with me?

Not camels, we’ve got plenty.

You may want to bring a pack to help you carry extra snacks and your bottled water. And, of course, a camera to make amazing moments immortal.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

If you are to cancel your tour, your cancellation request must be written, either via fax or email.

In some cases, you are entitled to a partial refund. A standard fee will apply, as it is clearly outlined on your receipt, and Trip2Morocco must receive your original voucher before your refund applies.

The following scale of charges will be applied if you cancel your tour prior to the balance due date:

  • More than 40 days : 10% deposit retains + transaction fee.
  • More than 30 days: 25% of the total will be charged.
  • More than 15 days: 50% of the total will be charged.
  • More than 08 days: 75% of the total will be charged.
  • 7 days or less : 100% of the total will be charged.

No-show cases will not yield a refund.

You will be refunded once Trip2Morocco has received the funds back from its suppliers (i.e. hotels, transport companies, service providers)

Can i show up without making a reservation?

Unfortunately, you can not.

Reservations are required in order to have a guaranteed spot on all of our tours.

Reservations also help us determine what you might need. Otherwise, Trip2Morocco will not be able to ensure that its tours to remain manageable and joyous.

You will be notified if the tour changed due to unwanted circumstances.

Can we bring our luggage on the desert tour? where can we store it?

Yes you can bring your luggage on our desert tours be it private or group shared. Please make sure you prepare a small backpack to take on your camel ride to the desert camp. The rest of your luggage will stay safe your vehicle in Zagora or at the camp operator's lodge in Merzouga.

What is the difference in price between private and group shared desert tours?

Shared tours price is fixed no matter how many people join the tour Private tours price depends on how many people traveling in your party. The more you are the less expensive you are.

Are group shared desert tour good for me?

Prices of our shared desert desert tours from Marrakech are very competitive. If you limit your expectations, you are an easy going seasoned traveler, don't care too much about the little details, want to make new friends during the tour, then we are sure you will enjoy it.

Are share desert ours guided?

No, they are not. You will have an English speaking driver who's main duty is to focus on the road. However, he will be able to explain explain stuff every now and then during your desert trip.

Lunches are not included on your morocco desert tours. where shall whe have lunch?

There will be plenty of cafes on the way to the Sahara desert where to stop for lunch. Please feel free to choose on your own, or follow your driver's recommendation if you wish.

We are a couple and we want to join a private tour of up to 6 people, is that possible?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. Our private Morocco desert tours are exclusive to the party booking a single private tour. You are welcome to join our shared desert tours if you wish.

How early can i book your morocco desert tours?

On peak seasons ( December, April, and October ), early bookings are recommended especially for private desert tours. There are limited accommodation / desert camp options to choose from. The earlier you book your desert tours, the better chance you have to secure the advertised accommodation for you.
